Understanding our work process is the key to understanding our passion for quality and excellence.
We have been in the business for 25 years and completed over 250 projects.
We have restored properties, converted properties, extended properties and built entirely new properties. We also do small projects, from basic loft conversions to bathroom remodels. No project is too small.
We have a very good eye for detail. We pay close attention to getting the small things right with no structural compromise.
We work with several local architects but also directly with clients.
We believe in fair pricing.
We do not underbid and then charge you extra later just to get the work. Sometime projects do incur extra costs, especially in restoration work where we cannot always predict what we will uncover. When this happens, we always have a discussion with the client about this and
find the most economical solution that works for both the work and
the client.
We do not take a deposit, but rather invoice the client consistently throughout the project on a regular schedule.
